Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by RightTouch Madera Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, or any related services from our company. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
RightTouch Madera Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to:
- Emergency towing for vehicles involved in accidents or breakdowns
- Flatbed towing for specialty and luxury vehicles
- Long distance towing and vehicle transport
- Roadside assistance including tire changes, jump starts, and lockout services
- Motorcycle towing and specialized vehicle recovery
- Accident recovery and winching services
- Junk car removal and disposal
- Heavy duty towing for commercial vehicles and trucks
Payment and Pricing
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on the type of service, distance traveled, vehicle type, and time of day. You will receive a quote before we dispatch a truck to your location. Additional charges may apply if the situation requires extra equipment, labor, or time beyond what was initially quoted.
If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle until payment is made in full. Storage fees may apply for vehicles held beyond 24 hours.
Vehicle Owner Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, including make, model, condition, and location. You must also inform us of any special circumstances such as a missing key, damaged wheels, or mechanical issues that may affect the towing process. Failure to disclose this information may result in additional charges or delays.
You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. RightTouch Madera Towing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. We recommend taking valuables, important documents, and personal items with you before we transport your vehicle.
Liability and Insurance
RightTouch Madera Towing carries full liability and cargo insurance as required by California law. We take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care during loading, transport, and unloading. However, we are not liable for pre existing damage to your vehicle, including mechanical issues, rust, body damage, or wear and tear that existed before we provided service.
In the event of damage caused during our service, you must report it to us within 24 hours. We will investigate the claim and work with you to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of the damage or the cost of our service, whichever is less. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, rental costs, or lost wages.
Cancellations and No Shows
If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel after a truck has been dispatched to your location, a cancellation fee may apply. If our driver arrives at your location and you are not present or cannot be contacted, a trip charge will be applied. We encourage you to communicate with us if your plans change so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
RightTouch Madera Towing is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strive to provide timely service, but arrival times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from delays in our service.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with our customers to address concerns in a fair and professional manner. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with California law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
